Drawing influence from his roots in the Dominican Republic combined with professional culinary training and elite Michelin Star restaurant experience, Les cooks from the heart.
After attending culinary school in Barcelona, Spain, completing hospitality studies in London, U. K., and working in some of the best restaurants in New York City—Les has settled down in Raleigh, North Carolina to raise his family.
Using his nearly two decades of restaurant & catering experience and over a decade of private chef service, Les currently serves highly discerning clientele in the Raleigh Durham area as a private chef.
